What Builvio is
Builvio generates, tests, and deploys web applications from your descriptions, using AI models. Generated apps are deployed into accounts you own (GitHub, Vercel, Supabase). By using Builvio you agree to these terms.
Your account
Create an account with an email address and a password, or by signing in with Google or GitHub. Keep your password and your session private; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
Your content and your apps
You own what you build. Your prompts, the generated code, and your published apps are yours. Because your apps live in your own accounts, they keep working even if you stop using Builvio. You’re the operator of the apps you publish and responsible for what they do, the data they collect, and their compliance with the laws that apply to you and your users.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Builvio to build or operate: anything illegal; phishing pages, credential harvesters, or apps that impersonate other people or businesses; scams or deceptive schemes; malware or attack tooling; spam machinery; or content that exploits minors. Don’t attack, probe, or overload the service itself. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules and take down our involvement in the affected apps.
AI-generated software, honestly stated
Builvio’s output is produced by AI and automatically tested, but it is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may contain bugs, security flaws, or behavior you didn’t intend. Review anything important before you rely on it — especially apps that handle other people’s data or money. Builvio is not a substitute for professional software review, security auditing, or legal advice.
Billing, cancellation, refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Because usage costs us money as it happens, payments are non-refundable except where the service materially failed to function — email us and we’ll make it right — or where a refund is required by law.
Service availability
Builvio is a young service. We don’t promise uninterrupted service, and features may change or break. We’ll be honest about incidents.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Builvio’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for what apps built with Builvio do once deployed in your accounts.
Termination
You can stop using Builvio at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Your published apps, living in your own accounts, are unaffected by either.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
